We Are Back to pre covid days and our Interclub Competitions are back… we will be Kicking off our competitions from Sunday 16th July where we will be hosting a small club competition all competitors will receive a trophy, all competitors will be pre matched before the day based on age size and experience this will be a fun family day where all members can take part in a small semi contact event hosted and completely run by ARO team of voluntary instructors

This will be a semi contact kickboxing event with our Boxing ring ref judges corner staff and ring side seating

OPEN to all Ninjas, Kids and Adults of all ARO Clubs NO EXPERANCE NEEDED this is an experience for all to try

This will be a ticket only event and all funds made will go towards buying a Dfib machine for the Club!
